Our comprehensive, four-phase nutrition program is designed to educate, support, and empower patients on their journey to better health and sustainable lifestyle change.

🌱 Stages of the HCAB Nutrition Program

Phase 1:
Initial Assessments & Program Kickoff

Begin your wellness journey with four one-on-one consultations. You'll receive an overview of the program and complete an intake session that includes:


  • Body metrics
  • Intro to the food diary and Cronometer app
  • Scheduling your InBody scan
  • Completing a 3-day food diary for tracking and analysis


Phase 2: Goal Setting & Supplement Support

Join our group or one-on-one sessions focused on using the Cronometer app effectively and setting realistic S.M.A.R.T. goals based on your assessment results.


Participants will be coached on meal preparation tailored to their nutritional needs and receive guidance on supplements to support their health goals.

Phase 3: Nutrition Education & Physical Activity

Dive deeper into nutrition with interactive group and one-on-one instruction on food groups, portion control, and balanced eating. You'll enjoy:


  • Meal prep demos
  • Guided grocery shopping trips
  • Fitness strategies will be provided by a personal trainer tailored to your activity level
Phase 4: Progress Tracking & Reassessment

Stay on track with regular monitoring and support. During the eight weeks, you’ll undergo:


  • Ongoing bi-weekly InBody scans are required to track.
  • A one-on-one follow-up to review your progress and make adjustments.
  • Ongoing monthly  InBody scans will be available for those who want to track their progress more closely after the eight week program ends
